These terms define the conditions under which you may access and use Twelvo, an iOS wellness tracking app and website operated by Ekklo SAS.

By using Twelvo, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the information you enter and for keeping your device and account access secure.

Twelvo supports Apple sign-in, Google sign-in, and guest start where available. Some features may require an account or Premium access.

Twelvo is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, recommend dose changes, recommend injection sites, or replace your healthcare provider.

Always follow the prescription and instructions given by your clinician. If you have medical questions, severe symptoms, or concerns about your treatment, contact a qualified healthcare professional.

Twelvo lets you record your own GLP-1 routine, dose-day notes, reminders, check-ins, weight, protein, water, and doctor-ready summaries.

Doctor summaries are user-controlled exports. You choose whether to share them and with whom.

Twelvo Premium may be offered through auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time purchases through the App Store. Prices and billing terms are shown by Apple before purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple account settings. Deleting your Twelvo account or removing the app does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Purchase restoration is handled through Apple and RevenueCat. Access depends on the current entitlement returned by the store and subscription system.

You can delete your Twelvo account from Settings in the app. Account deletion removes Twelvo account data from our API as described in the Privacy Policy.

For Sign in with Apple accounts, Twelvo attempts to revoke the Apple token where revocation material exists before deleting Twelvo account data.

Do not misuse Twelvo, attempt to access another person's account, interfere with the API, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law.

Do not rely on Twelvo for emergencies or urgent medical decisions.

Twelvo may change as we improve the product. We may update features, pricing, supported platforms, or these terms.

We aim to keep Twelvo reliable, but the app may be unavailable during maintenance, App Store issues, network outages, or service provider incidents.

Ekklo SAS retains ownership of Twelvo software, interface, brand assets, content, and related intellectual property rights.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit Twelvo materials except as permitted by law or with Ekklo's written permission.

These terms are governed by French law, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in your country of residence.
